Making a Claim
Email support@blackforgesabers.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Common Questions
Can I exchange for a different saber instead of a refund? +
Yes. Return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the saber you want. This is the fastest way to get the right one to you. Contact us and we can help coordinate.
My saber arrived damaged — what do I do? +
Contact us immediately at support@blackforgesabers.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — damage in transit is covered and we'll deal with the carrier on your behalf.
Does the warranty cover the blade? +
The blade is a consumable part rated for dueling. Manufacturing defects in the blade are covered — for example, a blade that arrives with dead LEDs or a faulty strip. Impact damage from combat is not covered, which is standard across the industry.
What if my issue shows up after 12 months? +
Contact us anyway. We can't guarantee coverage outside the warranty period, but we'll assess the issue and do what we can. Our reputation matters more than a strict cutoff date.
How long does a warranty repair or replacement take? +
We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 7–14 business days from the time we receive your item. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
